The renovation includes the conversion of an existing monumental office building into apartments.
In addition, two new residential buildings will be completed, which include underground parking and storage facilities. The project envisions the development of 213 apartments and 160 parking spaces. The new skyscrapers and the existing Gorter building together form the Gortercomplex.
