The 8,000 sqm office space in Share is divided into 250 sqm units. The project also includes the creation of 191 parking spaces.
The building is distinguished by an atrium with green walls, around which the office spaces will be built.
The purpose of green walls is to ensure good air quality, proper acoustics and indoor climate.
A solar energy harvesting system will be installed on the atrium roof.
The innovative building is a venture between Delta Development Group, VolkerWessels and Reggeborgh Group.
